Terraforming Mars
"The Terraforming Mars world offers incredible storytelling potential. We are excited to explore the unique human drama that inherently comes along with running a company tasked with literally creating oceans, building prosperous cities, and balancing the ecology of plant and animal life.""In many ways, the game exhibits strong parallels to the Age of Discovery when European superpowers were sailing around the globe trying to lay claim to everything they touched. This makes it the perfect choice for adaptation, using a distinct and hyperrealistic setting to revisit a familiar narrative conflict."

Performance
A half marathon is a road running event of 21.0975 kilometres (13 miles 192.5 yards)—half the distance of a marathon. It is common for a half marathon event to be held concurrently with a marathon or a 5K race, using almost the same course with a late start, an early finish or shortcuts. If finisher medals are awarded, the medal or ribbon may differ from those for the full marathon. The half marathon is also known as a 21K, 21.1K or 13.1 miles, although these values are rounded and not formally correct.
A half marathon world record is officially recognised by the International Association of Athletics Federations. The official IAAF world record for men is 57:31, set by Jacob Kiplimo of Uganda in November 2021 in Lisbon, Portugal, and for women is 1:04:02, set by Ruth Chepng'etich of Kenya on April 4, 2021, in Istanbul, Turkey. Participation in half marathons has grown steadily since 2003, partly because it is a challenging distance, but does not require the same level of training that a marathon does. In 2008, Running USA reported that the half marathon is the fastest-growing type of race.

Goodwill
Goodwill refers to the excess value of a business that is not directly related to the tangible assets of the business. It can arise, for example, in mergers and acquisitions, when the purchase price of the acquired company exceeds its net assets as stated in the balance sheet. Goodwill can consist of many factors, such as the company's reputation, customer relationships, personnel skills, brands or other intellectual property rights. It therefore represents a value that will help the company generate profits in the future. In accounting, goodwill is capitalized on the balance sheet and is reduced by depreciation over time. The depreciation period and methods may vary from country to country and depend on local accounting rules.

Trademark
A trademark is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of other enterprises. Trademarks date back to ancient times when artisans used to put their signature or "mark" on their products. Brands are critical for creating business value, and the sports business is no exception. Strong brands command customer loyalty and premium prices, constituting valuable assets that drive company revenue and growth.

International Cricket Council
The International Cricket Council (ICC), which has its headquarters in Dubai, is the global governing body of cricket. It was founded as the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 by representatives from England, Australia and South Africa, renamed the International Cricket Conference in 1965 and took up its current name in 1989. The ICC in 2017 has 105 member nations, twelve of which hold full membership and can play Test cricket. The ICC is responsible for the organisation and governance of cricket's major international tournaments, notably the men's and women's versions of the Cricket World Cup. It also appoints the umpires and referees that officiate at all sanctioned Test matches, Limited Overs Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals.
Each member nation has a national cricket board which regulates cricket matches played in its country, selects the national squad, and organises home and away tours for the national team. In the West Indies, which for cricket purposes is a federation of nations, these matters are addressed by Cricket West Indies.

Secto Rally
The legendary Vetomies, the main competition of the season for many driver pairs, is a must-attend competition. Driving alongside a World Rally Championship, in front of large crowds, is a dream come true for many people, more easily than participating in the World Rally Championship itself, and that may be one of the reasons for the enduring popularity of the competition.
In the beginning, the competition was easily driven with two-wheel drive F-group vehicles, such as Ford Escorts, Opel Asconas or even Toyota Starlets, now the recommended vehicle is probably a 90s BMW M3 or a 325. In addition to the older two-wheel drive vehicles, there is also a four-wheel drive vehicle of the World Championship nature, which is not offered. These four-wheel drive cars are usually competed with in Finland in the SM5 class of the Rally Championship, or in the four-wheel drive class of the F-Cup Rally Series.
The king of the two-wheel drive is crowned with the Vetomies title, and the four-wheel drive with the Nelivetomies title. There are V1600 competitors, whose drivers are closest to standard cars, equipped with engines under 1.6 liters. This equipment competes domestically mainly in the SM4 class or the F-Cup V1600 class. The V1600 competes with the two-strokes, but the fastest V1600 is awarded.
The drivers will drive on Friday, August 1. After the World Championship drivers, the special stages Laukaa 1, Saarikas 1, Myhinpää 1, Ruuhimäki 1 and at the end of the day they will still be cornering before the World Championship drivers on Harju 2.
The second day of competition, Saturday, August 2., includes four more fantastic special stages. As on Friday, the World Series will be followed by Parkkola 1, Västilä 1, Päijälä 1, and finally Leustu 1.
The drivers' service area and start are at Killer, but the finish is located near the nerve center of the World Rally Championship at Paviljonki, next to which the drivers' prize-giving ceremony will also take place.

Skating
Figure skating is a sport in which individuals, pairs, or groups perform on figure skates on ice. It was the first winter sport to be included in the Olympic Games, when contested at the 1908 Olympics in London. The Olympic disciplines are men's singles, women's singles,[note 1] pair skating, and ice dance; the four individual disciplines are also combined into a team event, first included in the Winter Olympics in 2014. The non-Olympic disciplines include synchronized skating, Theater on Ice, and four skating. From intermediate through senior-level competition, skaters generally perform two programs (the short program and the free skate), which, depending on the discipline, may include spins, jumps, moves in the field, lifts, throw jumps, death spirals, and other elements or moves.
Figure skaters compete at various levels from beginner up to the Olympic level (senior) at local, regional, sectional, national, and international competitions. The International Skating Union (ISU) regulates international figure skating judging and competitions. These include the Winter Olympics, the World Championships, the World Junior Championships, the European Championships, the Four Continents Championships, the Grand Prix series (senior and junior), and the ISU Challenger Series.
The sport is also associated with show business. Major competitions generally conclude with exhibition galas, in which the top skaters from each discipline perform non-competitive programs. Many skaters, both during and after their competitive careers, also skate in ice shows, which run during the competitive season and the off-season.

Sport Athletics
Forms of physical exercise that support a health-promoting lifestyle, control of body and mind while practicing self-discipline shows respect for self and others. People cannot be free unless they are raised to be free. This kind of teaching is not taught in schools or obtained from books, its essence is self-discipline, self-esteem and self-restraint.
In general, exercise involves a number of physical exercises, forms and events, which include, for example, walking, fast running, jumping and throwing.

Tennis
Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The object of the game is to manoeuvre the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a valid return. The player who is unable to return the ball validly will not gain a point, while the opposite player will.
Tennis is an Olympic sport and is played at all levels of society and at all ages. The sport can be played by anyone who can hold a racket, including wheelchair users. The modern game of tennis originated in Birmingham, England, in the late 19th century as lawn tennis. It had close connections both to various field (lawn) games such as croquet and bowls as well as to the older racket sport today called real tennis.
The rules of modern tennis have changed little since the 1890s. Two exceptions are that until 1961 the server had to keep one foot on the ground at all times, and the adoption of the tiebreak in the 1970s. A recent addition to professional tennis has been the adoption of electronic review technology coupled with a point-challenge system, which allows a player to contest the line call of a point, a system known as Hawk-Eye.
Tennis is played by millions of recreational players and is a popular worldwide spectator sport. The four Grand Slam tournaments (also referred to as the majors) are especially popular: the Australian Open, played on hardcourts; the French Open, played on red clay courts; Wimbledon, played on grass courts; and the US Open, also played on hardcourts.

Triathlon
Wikipedia defines triathlon as a combination of swimming, cycling and running. The sport includes distances of different lengths: the full distance includes a 3.8 km swim and 180 km bike ride, and the marathon, which is 42,195 meters. Other competition formats include sprint distance, half distance and ultra distance, and the Olympic Games compete in a quarter distance.
Triathlon was developed by the San Diego Track Club in California in the early 1970s. The first Ironman race was held in Hawaii in 1978, the visibility of which has increased the popularity of the sport. The sport was included in the Olympics for the first time in Sydney in 2000.
