Articles of Association

The articles of association are a mandatory document for a limited liability company under Finnish law. Their minimum content is stipulated in the Limited Liability Companies Act. The articles of association are registered in the Trade Register, where they can be viewed by anyone. According to Chapter 2, Section 3 of the Limited Liability Companies Act, the articles of association include the company's business name, the Finnish municipality of domicile and the field of activity.
