Stargames Oy, the name of the international company and the associated international name research by a public authority before registering the business name. A carefully executed two-part trade name examination process is defined by the Trade Name Act, which—in the spirit of the WIPO TRIPS Agreement—addresses the requirement for the inviolability of an initial international registration, as of December 20, 1995.
