Job Description

Stargames is growing with brand product sales, and we are strengthening our field sales organization by hiring active and determined regional sales managers.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive sales professional who enjoys fast-paced field work. You enjoy building relationships, achieving results and taking full responsibility for your own region.

You will be part of an efficient team of regional sales managers, each of whom is independently responsible for their own region. Our customers include supermarkets, gyms and fitness centers, as well as all individual consumers.

Note: The salary range is the result of your own commission-based work in euros. Applicants should be aware that commission wages are always paid when the end customer pays for their product. In addition to the commission wage, performance-based bonuses are available.

Note: The final salary commission is determined by the customer in BtoB sales and is based on the applicant's experience level and compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities:

Increase sales and market share in your territory
Improve customer profitability and satisfaction
Build relationships with existing customers and proactively acquire new accounts
Independently manage your territory and collaborate with the larger sales team

Requirements:

At least 1 year of sales experience in consumer products (desirable), consumer packaged goods (CPG) / fast-moving consumer goods (FMGC)
Experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Sales Representative or Sales Representative is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-centric mindset and proactive, problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic proficiency in English and MS Office tools
Valid B-class driver's license
