The views of the management team of Stargames are taken into account in the company's board work and, if necessary, Stargames company shares can be offered in a
directed share issue to partners for subscription and purchase. If the partner acquires the company's shares in a directed share issue arrangement, it is entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting. There, the new shareholder can vote on matters according to the articles of association.
