Stargames Oy's financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

The Board meets at least once a month and also when necessary. Its task is to coordinate and develop operational activities in a responsible manner and to prepare proposals on matters to be presented to the company's Annual General Meeting for approval in accordance with the shareholders' voting results. The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors is, in principle, three years, after which the election can be performed again.

The company's financial administration department is independently responsible for accounting services.
