As expected, the Annual General Meeting was held on February 7, 2024. It was carried out following the renewed general meeting legislation. The Hybrid Meeting may attend full rights so that the shareholder may fully exercise its decision-making power within the meaning of the Telecommunications Connection and Technical Aid within the meaning of the Companies Act 5:1:1 unless the articles of association are restricted or prohibited by the organization of such a meeting.
