Invitation to participation for shareholders and company management for the Annual General Meeting 2026




The company's shareholders and management team candidates may attend the announced general meeting. Business partners are expected to follow Stargames´ practices by the guidelines.

The views of the management team of Stargames are taken into account in the company's board work and, if necessary, Stargames company shares can be offered in a directed share issue to partners for subscription and purchase. The partner can participate in the Annual General Meeting if the partner acquires the company's shares in a directed share issue arrangement. There, the new shareholder can vote on matters according to the articles of association.
