The standardized walk test result indicates the maximum oxygen uptake capacity (VO2 Max) and the result is in the form ml / kg / min. The 2,000 meters walk test is intended for testing the endurance condition of adults aged 20-65 years. It is suitable for people who do not have a disorder or disability that restricts brisk walking or medications that affect the heart rate. For very good condition, the test is not recommended. For those who regularly do endurance exercise for more than five hours a week for about an hour at a time, it may not give reliable results.

The walking distance of the test is 2000 meters or 6 minutes.



The 2 kilometer UKK 2 km walking test developed by the UKK Institute is an excellent aid in exercise counseling aimed at promoting health. The test subject's characteristics and life situation affect how the test should be used in exercise counseling. In addition to the walking test, information about the tested person's lifestyle and health is needed to support exercise counseling.

Stargames Admin walked the 2000 meter distance in 12 minutes 48.4 seconds. The average speed was measured at 9.3 km/h and the maximum speed was measured at 13.3 km/h. Admin's average speed was measured at 6.27/km. The number of steps accumulated during the test track journey was 2006.

  • The first kilometer was walked in 6 minutes 50.6 seconds.
  • The second kilometer was walked in 5 minutes 57.8 seconds.


According to the heart rate monitor, the average heart rate measured immediately after crossing the finish line was 125 bpm and the maximum heart rate reached 142 bpm.

The heart rate zones are classified between 1-5, of which 1 is the lowest heart rate zone and 5 is the highest heart rate zone.
In this exercise, the performance is 77% in heart rate zone 2 and 23% in heart rate zone 1.

The VO2 max value indicates how well the body can utilize oxygen during exercise. The higher the VO2 max value, the better you can use oxygen during exercise. The VO2max value for this exercise was 43.0.

Based on the UKK test, 3 hours should be reserved for recovery after the performance.

The PTE value describes how much impact the exercise has had on the general aerobic fitness level. The PTE scale is formed as follows:

1-2: Improves basic endurance, creates a good foundation for development.
3-4: At this level, training 1-2 times a week improves aerobic fitness effectively.
5: Exercising at the extremes, which should not be done often.
The PTE value for this exercise was 2.1.

The EPOC value illustrates the intensity. The higher the EPOC value, the higher the exercise intensity. and all the more to expend energy recovering from an epic workout. The EPOC value for this exercise was 26.
