This is an annual recurring tradition day 9.4.

The purpose of the Stargames jogging day is to encourage active and regular exercise, such as running, jogging or walking. Studies show that a weekly amount of exercise is recommended for more than 7 hours with significant health benefits. Are you moving more or less?

Next year's departure will take place on 9.4. at 10 a.m.

The route runs 21.18 km along the pedestrian streets in the south-east of Tampere, circling around Messukylä Church, among other places, and the biggest ascent is at the slope of the Hervanta jumping hill, in the middle of the trip. The start and finish areas are tentatively at coordinates 61.4560 N and 23.9120 E, at the base of the flagpole.

Congratulations

Today is the official flag day, Mikael Agricola's day. We also celebrate Finnish language day. Agricola´s significant Finnish translation is, for example, the New Testament from the Bible. At the same time, we celebrate Eljas and Eelis' name day.

The traditional run started in sunny weather after the initial warm-up, at 10:05, +10.2 - 12.1 Celsius. At the finish line, a warm sauna, water and juice were served to the participants.
