76 Stargames domains have been reserved
out of 398 possible Stargames domains, of which Stargames Oy's administration has reserved and registered only six (6) Stargames domains for its own management. Domains registered by the company's administration are used for development projects. These figures do not include generic domains such as .net, .org, .com, etc., which are not under the control of the company.
In accordance with good contractual practice, a company may agree in advance on a domain name not under its own control before reserving the domain name if it supports the mission, objectives and values and the company has not previously been reimbursed or royalties for the domain. In addition to the above, a prerequisite for the use of the domain is that the activity is legal and based on high morals, accepted ethical principles and respect for human rights. To date, the company has not received compensation for violations and also warns of financial misconduct.
The use of the trademark and company name, the right of copying and trademark protection were initially based on registration and use by law and the International TRIPS Agreement, the Madrid Convention and Agreement, the Paris Agreement and the Additional Protocols. Information can be found in the register of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Industrial Property Office (EUIPO). The time priority rule is calculated from the moment the company is established and registered. Stargames Oy reserves all rights.
