All training is measured by the Training Stress Score (TSS), which in this case is calculated based on heart rate (hr). It is based on the intensity and duration of the training and tells you how tough a particular training session was.
PTE tells you how much of an impact the training has had on your overall aerobic fitness level. On a scale of 1-2: Improves basic endurance, creates a good foundation for development. Level 3-4: Training 1-2 times a week effectively improves aerobic fitness. Level 5: Training is performed at the extreme limits and should not be done frequently.
The higher the EPOC value, the higher the intensity of the training, and the more energy is spent recovering from the epic training.

On the same route, Admin's best time skiing is 8'29.9 minutes faster than today's 3rd ski run of the training season.

The weather was sunny, but due to the strength of the wind it felt like it was -14 degrees Celsius.
