Invitation to participation for shareholders and company management for the Annual General Meeting 2025

The company's shareholders and management team candidates may attend the announced general meeting. Business partners are expected to follow Stargames´ practices by the guidelines.
The views of the management team of Stargames are taken into account in the company's board work and, if necessary, Stargames company shares can be offered in a directed share issue to partners for subscription and purchase. The partner can participate in the Annual General Meeting if the partner acquires the company's shares in a directed share issue arrangement. There, the new shareholder can vote on matters according to the articles of association.

As a courtesy, you will still have time to introduce yourself or the ways in which you intend to utilize the protected elements of the Stargames IPR framework in the future. The agreement process is described in a recent dissertation, which we follow in our practice. We act accordingly when renting TM or TLD elements derived from the Stargames business name to our customers, for example, which include the first internationally registered TRIPS-protected business name and logo since 1995.
