Equipment: a football (or similar) and a stick for each team
The players line up in teams, and each line is marked with an equally long distance (approx. 20 meters) with a stick (bamboo stick like the Pyry panda in the picture or another stick) placed on the ground. The male panda Hua Bao in the picture is 11 years old in 2024.

Accordin to Wikipedia (https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%84ht%C3%A4rin_el%C3%A4inpuiston_pandat) In the spring of 2016, it was reported that Ähtäri Zoo would be allowed to rent giant pandas from China in honor of the centenary of Finland's independence from 2017 onwards. In 2018, there are approximately 2,020 pandas in the wild and approximately 400 in zoos. In addition to Finland, Chinese pandas are on loan in Australia, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Canada, France, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Great Britain, Germany and the United States. The 15-year agreement between Ähtäri Zoo and the Chinese National Panda Administration for renting pandas was signed in April 2017.
The pandas have been considered an important foreign policy project in Finland, and their coming to Finland has been mentioned as the result of an agreement between the President of the Republic, Sauli Niinistö, and the President of China, Xi Jinping. The agreement between the states of China and Finland did not actually agree on bringing pandas to Finland, but it made it possible. The actual agreement on the placement of the pandas is between Ähtäri Zoo and the Chinese Wildlife Protection Association.
The pandas are (in 2024) eleven-year-old male panda Hua Bao and ten-year-old female panda Jin Baobao. Pandas are given the names Pyry (male) and Lumi (female) in Finland. According to the announcement, the Pandas will be returned to China. They will be visible to the public for the last time on October 20th, 2024 at Ähtäri Zoo, where the photo was taken on October 6th, 2024.

The first people in line have a ball and a stick. After the leader gives the signal, the first players start moving the ball along the ground with a stick, rolling the specified distance. When they are back, they pass the stick to the next person in line, who in turn move the ball a set distance, etc. The fastest team wins.
