Stargames annual recurring tradition day 9.4.
The purpose of the Stargames outdoor day is to encourage active and regular exercise, such as walking, jogging or running. Studies show that a weekly amount of exercise is recommended for more than 7 hours with significant health benefits. Are you moving more or less?
This year's departure will take place on 9.4. at 10 a.m.
The route runs 21.18 km along the pedestrian streets in the south-east of Tampere, circling around Messukylä Church, among other places, and the biggest ascent is at the slope of the Hervanta jumping hill, in the middle of the trip. The start and finish areas are tentatively at coordinates 61.4560 N and 23.9120 E, at the base of the flagpole.

Stargames Outdoor DayAlong with the official flag-off day, the
participants of Stargames Outdoor Day are celebrated at the same time.
The traditional Stargames outdoor day started at 10:05 a.m. accompanied by the flagging of Agricola's day at the foot of the flagpole.
- The journey started by jogging in sunny spring weather for about 3.8 kilometers towards the outdoor fitness center located in the grounds of Tampere University's Hervanta Campus
- A fitness circuit lasting more than half an hour was performed at the outdoor gym. This time, on 8 different fitness equipment, 3*12 sets of repetitions were performed, performing different physical and breathing exercises targeting the body
- After the fitness circuit, a jog was performed on a different route than before, which, however, ended at the same flag pole as the one at the starting point
The bag contained gifts for
the loyal promoters of the Stargames brand who cheered along the route.

Water and juice serving and a sauna for an outdoor day awaited after the finish. Thanks to the participants - the bag carried anniversary gifts for the participants of the Stargames brand who were on the route.
